About Common Ground Family Solutions

Family Conflict Needs Structure, Not More Pressure

With more than 20 years of experience in conflict resolution, I bring a unique blend of mediation expertise, specialized training, and senior leadership experience in the mental health field. My background in civil and domestic court-connected mediation allows me to provide a neutral, supportive environment where families can navigate difficult conversations, improve communication, and develop practical solutions. My goal is to help families feel heard, find common ground, and move forward with confidence. I help families move through difficult conversations by combining active listening, neutrality, and clear communication with practical tools for de-escalation, reframing, and finding workable solutions. My goal is to create a structured, respectful space where everyone feels heard and families can strengthen their connections instead of remaining stuck in conflict. We give families a steady place to slow down and hear what is really being said. Our nonclinical process focuses on communication, shared understanding, and practical agreements that fit your family’s real life.

Why I Do This Work

I believe in helping families succeed With a Human Approach

Family conflict rarely stays contained. A disagreement between parents can affect children, schedules, finances, and the wider family. Common Ground Family Solutions gives people a steady place to address the real issue and make clear agreements.

My work is structured, confidential, and practical. I do not take sides or force quick answers. I use proven methods to guide productive conversations so each person can be heard, and the family can make decisions on how to move forward peacefully .
